The Municipality of Kanjiža offers certain privileges to its investors with the desire to create the conditions for the increase in the number of investments and creation of possibilities for opening new jobs, which would, as an effect, decrease the number of unemployed in the municipality.
The investor shall have the right to reduction of building plot usage and commercial fee in the light of newly employed staff for undetermined period such as follows:
for at least 5 newly employed the investor has a discount of 10%,
for at least 10 newly employed the investor has a discount of 20%,
for at least 20 newly employed the investor has a discount of 30%,
for at least 40 newly employed the investor has a discount of 40%,
for at least 80 newly employed the investor has a discount of 50%.
The investor shall be freed from all obligation of paying the allowance for the arrangement of the plot being the case that the investor shall set up a building of importance for the development of the economy of the Municipality of Kanjiža, through which a min. of 5% rise of employed citizens shall be noted in the industry of the Municipality.
One of the privileges is the possibility for the investor to pay the entire allowance immediately in 15 days' time from the date of receiving the invoice. In such case, the company shall gain the right to a discount of 5% or 10%. In cases that the allowance is between 50,000.00 and 100,000.00 dinars or higher than 100,000.00 dinars.
The investor can also pay the allowance in several installments dependig on the value of allowance. This can be of importance for the expenditure can be determined by the investor. The possible monthly installments for paying the allowance are the following:
in two equal monthly installments: for amounts between 20,000.00 and (also equal to) 50.000.00 dinars,
in four equal monthly installments: for amounts between 50,000.00 and (also equal to) 100.000.00 dinars,
in six equal monthly installments: for amounts between 100,000.00 and (also equal to) 200.000.00 dinars,
in twelve equal monthly installments: for amounts higher than 200,000.00 dinars.
